At Kona, we stand behind the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your performance equipment. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused sports gear in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the item remains protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of arrival.
